Welcome to Dugdugi (the "App" or the "Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dugdugi mobile application and related services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these legal terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dugdugi, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required under applicable law).
• If using Dugdugi on behalf of an entity, you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the App after any modifications means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

3. Privacy and Data

Your use of Dugdugi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features (e.g., saving favorites, watch history, personalized recommendations), you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. License and Restrictions

5.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Dugdugi App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may stream content only as intended through our official application.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purposes without our explicit consent.
• Circumvent any technical restrictions or content protection measures.

6. User Content

You may be able to submit comments, reviews, or other content (collectively "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Dugdugi a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Dugdugi App, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, original vertical dramas, trademarks, and other content (except User Content) belong to Stardust Telecom Limited or our licensors. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws and result in termination of your account and legal action.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Disrupt, interfere with, or harm the App, its servers, or networks.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dugdugi at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time via the App settings or by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stardust Telecom Limited, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App during the prior 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stardust Telecom Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your misuse of the App; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Dugdugi shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
